Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/replacement.
- Diamond Japney products CAN ONLY be returned and refunded if the packaging and product “itself” is DAMAGED OR MANUFACTURE DEFECT (Includes: Not identical eyelashes, sharp edges, incomplete package and others)
- The shipping cost of the “return item”will be covered by customer(within Australia) and, for International Returns, it should be sent as tracked package and the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
- Cancellation/ Order Change Request after it has been shipped will be considered as a return and the customer will cover the expenses of sending back the item.
- It is your duty to update us whether you can or you cannot receive or pick up the item from the courier. We can only do maxed of 1 attempt in sending. Please keep in mind that you will be in charge on the 2nd and so on delivery attempt.
- We can only replace any mink lashes from diamondjapney.com provided a receipt if the product has manufacture defect.
- Once the item is proven with manufacture damage and confirmed by diamondjapney, we will replace the same item that you ordered. NO EXEMPTION.
- We cannot refund/exchange or replace mink lashes if a customer changes their mind about the eyelashes. Please do extensive research online before purchasing.
- Gift Cards are NOT REFUNDABLE/ REPLACEABLE.
- Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Sale Items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
- Please keep in mind that we will not acknowledge returns and refund in the case of product violations such as; marking and written or any kind of changes in the original product package. Once we obtain the mink lashes, they will be analyzed and checked. The refund will take up to 10 business days to process and it will be credited to the credit card you used when you placed the order. Other expenses like shipping will not be refunded.
Defective Products - It is important that if the customer will file a complaint, the customer has up to 14 days from the day she/he received the mink lashes and must send the eyelashes package properly and stored properly in the blister pack.
PLEASE NOTE: All products will go through a prior analysis, documentation and invoice. We also require the customer to send us a written explanation about the defect of the mink lashes for documentation.
- We require our customers to have their extensive research before purchasing and this includes; how the mink lashes will blend their eyes. Please note that WE ARE NOT REFUNDING/ REPLACING the mink lashes if you will not like how it appears in your eyes. Make sure to double check everything before purchasing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
